WABI SABI THE LABEL

WABI SABI THE LABEL was a collaborative fashion branding project directed by my brother and I. The brand's slogan 'IMPERFECTION REDEFINED' stands by the 'wabi sabi' Japanese philosophy, which is a world view centered on the acceptance of transience and imperfection. The project was a contemporary take on the philosophy, whilst referring to the idea that individuals can embrace their imperfections. Essentially what we were wanting to do is make clothing that sings contemporary, whilst also embodying our brands values.
